Bookings
Slots are first pay, first in — they aren't held while you pay. A booking is confirmed only after an SMF admin verifies your payment screenshot, in the order payments arrive. If a match fills before your payment is reached, your booking is declined and refunded.
Payments and discounts
Pay the exact total shown at checkout. Discounts are set by SMF, apply only as described at checkout, and can be changed or withdrawn for new bookings at any time. A booking keeps the price it was made at.
Cancellations
If SMF cancels a match, pending bookings are released and refunds for confirmed bookings are arranged by an admin. Player-initiated cancellations are handled case by case over WhatsApp.
On the pitch
Play fair and follow the coordinator on the day. Football carries a risk of injury; you take part at your own risk. SMF may refuse future bookings for abusive or unsafe behaviour.
Recordings
Prime matches are filmed. By playing a recorded match you agree to appear in footage shared with the players tagged in it.
