PRIVACY NOTICE

Draft — pending legal review. It describes how SMF works today; it isn't final wording.

What we collect

  • Your name, handle, position, skill level and home area — shown on your player card and rosters.
  • Your WhatsApp number — used only to send booking details.
  • Payment screenshots — reviewed by SMF admins to confirm bookings.
  • Bookings, attendance and ratings — used for your record and the Prime ladder.

Location

Play Nearby asks for your location only when you tap “Use my location”. It is used in your browser to sort turfs by distance and is not sent to us.

Where it's stored

This preview keeps data in your browser's local storage. Clearing site data removes it. The production version will store it on SMF's servers.

Who sees it

Other players see your name and position on rosters. Coordinators see bookings for matches they run. Admins see payment screenshots and contact numbers. We don't sell your data.
